Coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses on practical goals, habit change, and sustainable routines that support your energy, clarity, and performance, while therapy typically treats mental health conditions and deeper clinical concerns.

How does messaging support work?

Messaging support is designed for real-life, in-the-moment guidance between sessions, and we communicate through a secure client messaging portal.

What if I travel constantly?

That’s completely workable. This is built for busy, mobile schedules. We’ll design your plan around portable routines.

How quickly will I feel a change?

Change can start quickly, but it builds in layers. Many clients feel a shift within the first 1–2 weeks simply from having structure, clarity, and practical tools for high-stress moments, with more noticeable improvements in energy, focus, and recovery developing over the next 3–6 weeks and becoming truly sustainable over a few months.
